How much should I weigh?

I am a gymnast and I have been since I was 3. I just turned 15 on may 5th. So just a little over a month ago. I am 5'3" and weigh about 121.5. I do want to lose a few pounds before I go on vacation but how much should I weigh is that to much?

No not all. If you are a gymnast you probably have a ton of muscle which weighs more than fat. You want to be careful with how much weight you lose though because you dont want to lose your muscle for gymnastics. So if you want to lose weight try to only lose 2 or 3 pounds but keep conditioning your muscle so you keep your strength.

In all honestly you probably just weigh 121 pounds because of muscle, but if you are dependant on losing weight, I'd say 115 pounds is always good?
