lol'd when you said Bribery :P but like others have said about this, you need more international interest first. Also, for a sport to be considered for the Olympic Games, it must be practiced in at least 75 countries.
If there is something like voting to get cricket in 2016 then maybe it can be done..
cricket is 2nd famous game in world but still some countries don't play is professionally like USA, SPAIN, RUSSIA, GERMANY, CHINA, EUROPE Continent and a lot of countries.. so cricket doesn't get a chance for Olympic.
it's because it not an international sport only some countries play it like only some countries play baseball instead
The IOC decides. It's been rejected a few times.
U need more teams from more countries
First, there has to be enough international interest in it.
In 2016, the Olympics will have Rugby Seven and Golf in the games, but what are the procedures of getting these sports into the games ? Bribery ? Application form ?
