According to Wikipedia (which is pretty accurate with this kind of matter), no Ethiopians have died in the Olympics. I knew of some of the deaths (Jensen, Kumaritashvili), so I can confirm at least those are correct.

To my knowledge, no Ethiopians have ever died at the Olympics.
Not that I know of. IN 2010 a person from Kazakhstan (sp?) died during the luge/ or skeleton event and in the 1912 Marathon some guy from portugal died from heat exhaustion.
