Increase the strength of your legs, do squats all the way as low as you can get then fluently explode up and try to jump as high as you can. Maintaining proper form the whole time.
Before you lift of the ground, bend down a lot then jump off the ground fast and sort of flick your feet off the ground leaving your toes on the ground last. Don't worry if you don't get it right first try because no one really will, and you cant do it if you don't think you can so keep on reminding yourself you can do it. Hope this helps! :)
