You can quickly lent a backbend by standing about two feet away from a wall- not facing it and leaning back and walking your hands down the wall. Walk less each time until u don't need a wall. You can also learn a roundoff easily and maybe start working on a backbend kickiver
I would work on a bridge and bridge recovery as tat will strengthen your for what's in store and make other tumbling moves easier. Get on youtube and watch tutorials!
