Yes, but you have to have a good attitude and be a team player and you don't sound like it. You have to work your way up and of course talk to your coach.
Yes!! you would be perfect for a flyer! Sounds like you are very flexible which is perfect...just make such you are very sharp and keep practicing everyday to improve on your stretches. Start by warming up for 5 minutes and then stretch then practice different stunts on the ground such as scorpion, bow n arrow, and heel stretch... then show you coach the stunts on the ground and she/he might let you try in the air! First of all, it's crazy that they are telling you you can't fly because of your height. Although it is a factor, flyers shouldn't be chosen based on height and weight (and you're tiny, so that argument is invalid haha). Flexibility and solidity and lifting are bigger factors. I based a girl much taller than me this year. You seem flexible, so if you keep working your flexibility as well as balance, you should be set. Just ask your coach to let you try it out. Good luck!
