Can i change my body?

Posted at: 2015-05-07
Ok I'm a 17 year old girl 4ft 9in tall and 100 pounds. This spring I changed my diet and cut out fast food , soda and most junk like empty calories and such. I also started going to the gym about 3 times a week doing cardio and doing abs/pilates 2-3 times a week. I didn't see too much of a difference but since school has ended I've really started to commit to a VLCD (very low calorie diet) and i do over an hour of cardio at the gym every single day and abs like every other day or 2 days. I try to consume lots of protein and fiber, cut out sugar for the most part, drink lots of water, hot tea after every meal, take vitamins daily. This is my body right now:

I'm very petite but I feel like it works against me bc it makes me look thicker and like every bit of fat is on display. It doesn't matter that people say I'm "so skinny" bc i don't feel that way. I've had these thick legs since I can remember but i just want them to be leaner! And don't get me started on my torso/abdomen, the fact that im so short gives the illusion its even bigger! ugh...I'm tired of being "curvy". Apparently being a stick is in again. I'm trying to be realistic but this is my ultimate goal:

I'll probably never look like that simply bc shes tall and more stretched out. But I really really want it. Like really. This is consuming my entire summer literally. I would like to know if there is anything I am doing wrong or something I could possibly do to help this process. I'll do it I'm determined af. Help me lol

Wow darling. Do not let social media consume your thoughts on what is beautiful. The greatest thing you could do for yourself is feel gorgeous in the skin you are already in. Makes me sad to see so many girls focus and consume their time on being lean, being tan, being attractive. This by no means defines who you are. Indulge a little, have fun, eat some damn cookies and a burger once in awhile. I advise you to stop looking at that woman's picture of her body. I assure you she is as insecure as you are. YOU ARE GORGEOUS. YOU ARE A QUEEN. Love the body you are in. The best thing you can do is tilt your head up high and own every step you take because being attractive fades away and the only thing that will be left is your passionate soul and personality. Don't spend so much of your time focusing on what body you could have, that time could be spent doing extraordinary things like spending time with your family, meeting others, and most of all smiling to the whole world.

Honey you don't need to lose weight you're ******* perfect! You have an amazing body! I wish I had a body like yours and your goal that girl is way to skinny! Stay the way you are! Any girl would DIE to look like you do!

I'm a little taller than you and weigh ten pounds more. Being healthy is good, but maybe not such strict dieting

NO! you dont want that goal. That goal is unhealthy. Your body right now is fine. Absolutely fine. I am a 16 Y/O white boy and i think ur perfect. DONT BE SUPER SKINNY!
