Just listen to music if you're allowed and lose yourself in it it's hard but it's easy if you have a good jogging pace maybe 8 minutes 40 seconds to finish but pick someone faster than you who's running ahead of you and just try and keep up with them the whole time if they slow down keep going
Tip: those things called legs, yeah legs.
U move them back and forth for a long time.
And that is how u run long distance
when you run make sure you swig your arms back and forth fast so it makes your legs move quicker making you speed increase.
put one leg in front of the other and keep doing it.
also make sure to hold your breath so your lungs can keep up
