Christy was in his 20s when he first started running, and he went on to win gold.
But it's all down to genetics, either you have the natural ability that you can
Train, or you don't. I won multiple records at my school for middle to long distance running, but could never compete nationally as I was still too slow.
But just give it a try! It's better to try than to regret not trying.
You haven't mentioned ANY awards or medals or times so I assume you might be a little full of yourself.
Find a coach or forget it.
Its that easy (or hard).
Telling us here how awesome you are does NOTHING to advance your dream and you have to worl 24/7 to be an Olympian.
Don't mean to be hardass dude but you know you have to find a coach and go from there. Even at school you can find someone.
If you want it you will get there.

Ok, so I just turned 15 years old. Since I can remember I have been able to beat everybody easily that I have raced, including people my age in professional sprinting clubs both boys and girls who have trained everyday since they were little, and I have never done any proper training or been in excellent shape. P.E teachers always have said that I have a natural talent and wonder how I can run so fast effortlessly . Other will train for weeks for a race and I won't train and will still win the race by far. I am not in great shape but I can still run really fast. If I can run like this when I am not in shape I am wondering how good I will be when I get in shape and if I train really hard. I have a pretty good diet, I could easily alter it to 100% healthy. It has always been my dream to be in the olympics but I worry I won't ever qualify because I have never done professional training and I might not stand a chance since people have both a combined natural talent AND training from a young age. I have some natural talent in running and I know the chances are extremely slim but I am a REALLY hard worker and I am willing to dedicate everything to this goal. Is it possible to start intense training at 15 and still have a chance? I am not trying to brag about being fast I just want to know if it sounds like I have a shot.
