Who will get this years wooden spoon?

I originally thought that the Tigers had a chance at getting the wooden spoon, as they lost a fair few of their players early on in the season due to numerous injuries. However it does look like they're slowly getting back on their feet, and looks like they're out of their spell of losses. Parramatta for sure is my bet. They've lost Hayne now with his hamstring, and Stuart chose the absolute worse timing to tell half the team that they don't have a spot there next season. I don't know if he hoped that would spark something in them for them to improve, and show him that they're worthy of being selected and not being dropped - but to publicly humiliate them like that and say they're getting dropped is not what you to do to create a successful team. Stuart is his own worst enemy there.

I'd say Parra. Losing Hayne for even a couple of games is a big loss and Stuart's timing in saying who won't be there next year was deplorable. The coach does not come out with these types of comments in the first half of the season.

Wests tigers will capitulate and lose too many to injury. They haven't got enough bulk in their pack to slog out the year. No flashy backline will survive without an engine room. We are dead set a lay down misère for the spoon I reckon.

Parramatta

Cowboys or Eels

Parramatta or Tigers

Probably Parramatta for the fact of what the coach said, otherwise I would be betting on the Tigers or Bulldogs to get it
