The bloke is a grub, end of story
They had to if they are fair dinkum, they sacked Lovett before he went to court, 'sacked' him, he was found not guilty, I think once they did that to him they had no choice or it could of gotten ugly, as ugly as a mongol with a problem with baldness and getting flowers off his chicky babe, that pretty ugly.
Well you have to say that the situation that he and a few others put themselves and the club in was pretty "low grade". Players have to realise that - yes, when they go out people will pick fights - walk away! Girls will be available - walk away. Drugs and alcohol will be abundant - walk away. I hate to sound like a preacher but really - these guys are being paid half a million a year. Part of that deal is do NOTHING that could even be seen as suspect. Whether or not he is guilty - it's a bad, bad look. Accordingly - I wouldn't want him at my club (and if that happened at my club I would say the same - in fact it happened with my Rugby League club and I don't even bother following them any more.)
Here here! I heard Mick Mc Guane on the radio saying Milne should play because he was ' innocent until proven guilty' just proves the old saying, 'you can't educate mugs' I reckon he has probably played his last game of AFL footy although he should kick a few majors for the Barwon Bandits and the big advantage they have is all games are played at home!!
It's well overdue. The guy is a tool.
What about innocence until proven guilty, the pillar of our legal system..
