Supercoach and Dream Team are very similar. The Dream Team is just a little bit more professional and is on the AFL website whereas Supercoach is run by newspapers. Dream Team is also way more popular so it is better if you want to compete against friends. It also has a little bit of extra features but the subscriptions for both are equally impressive. Supercoach live scores are free but it takes for ever for the players scores to come through. I'd go with Dream Team.

I haven't played it yet. They looked similar and this is my first year of SC, so too early to comment. I buy the coach/gold thing in both of them though, so I might see different to you anyway.
