He could well be, but there are also some police who must be shaking in their boots about the inadequate investigation in 2004.
Lets not hang him just yet, he will have his day in court, I believe he will be pleading guilty to all charges in the hope,of a reduced sentence, apparently they will accept a 2 years suspended sentence a $50,000 fine and 3 years as Captain of Melbourne, if it wasn't so serious it would be funny, do you think Mick Malthouse will be looking for an apology?
It seems that you are right all along Yahoo. he will be in trouble once found guilty, if they find guilty.
unfortunately with this sort of thing an accusation is as good as a conviction, even if he is acquitted his playing days will be over
He sure it :/ and I think this could be the end of his playing career regardless of whether he ends up being convicted or not
Well facing rape charges is a world of trouble - there's no doubt. However, I've been on a jury where someone had clearly been wrongly accused and that only came ot of the evidence. So I'll just leave it right alone and see what a jury thinks.
If he is guilty then yes.
