So how would Bruce Lee fare in UFC?

Assuming he was alive and on his physical prime right now? His striking was great, but we never really saw his ground game.

I think about the same as Royce Gracie would these days, not particularly well.

UFC level MMA has moved beyond the point where just knowing ground, striking and clinch and having specialised in an unusual area puts you at an advantage, now you have to be good at all three areas and particularly good at one of them.

Lee was a fantastic striker according to the scources but he didn't get into clinches or groundwork until late in his life and even late in life by UFC professional standards. Any way you look at it Lee was a specialist and specialists just don't do so great at the top levels.

I think he would definitely win. His knowledge and experience was even more than MMA fighters. He was the original at using the best techniques for the situation. An octagon or a cage is just another glass for him to take the shape of based on his ideology.

Take him to the ground? I think that would be unlikely, but even if that did happen, he did practice his ground game even if we didn't catch it on tape, there are many books that have his insight on techniques in them. Chuck Norris admitted in a youtube video I recently saw that, Bruce Lee wouldn't stop training, even when went to over to his house After a workout, he'd still be working out.

Also, why doubt a martial arts legend? Is there something to be gained by it? His ability still gets doubted even after he is dead? He's proved himself as much as anyone could with his life.

He wouldn't do that great. I don't think many asians have done well in the UFC.

for sure he would be a champion ,maybe multiple champion in different

weight catergories ,I for one would have loved to see him fare when pride fc

had open weight and put him up against the living legend fedor

not real good it would be intersesting vs strikers in his weight class tho

Not well
