I give your roster an very strong B+--the only real issues I have with your roster(my opinion... Ive been playing fantasy football with a 12-man PPR league for 10 years and Im a 3-Champion) is you have Foles and Ertz as your starting QB/TE along with have 3 QBs on your roster--WTF! Here's how you can fix it--drop Newton and Kapernick and pick up another RB lets say Jeremy Hill, Johnathan Stewart or JonesDrew(everyone is sleeping on Drew) pick up another QB lets say Big Ben, Josh McCown or Derek Carr(hes a STUD) Drop TE Jordan Reed(RG III and the Redskins offense looked AWFUL) and pick another TE lets say Kyle Rudolph, LaDarius Green or Jacob Tamme(Manning secret weapon) Decker is okay but with Smith as his QB thats a concern so I would drop him and pick up lets say Markus Wheaton, Mohamed Sanu, Nate Washington, Kendall Wright or Kenny Britt(BIG SLEEPER) Remember, set your weekly rosters based on matchups and check weekly waiver wire--there are plenty diamonds in the rough there!!!!!

B- In and 8 team league you should have a more stacked roster. Lacy/Thomas was a good start. Too many QBs though. Hopefully you can trade one
