A lot of girls are afraid that weight training will make them look bulky but it won't. You should weight train to tone if you don't have a gym membership you can buy some hand weights at wall mart or something. There are a lot of different workouts you can do you can find online. If our looking for classes to take to get toned I would suggest Body pump or kick boxing, I personally would stay away from cross fit its more about how far you can push yourself than toning and its to new to see results. Push us and planking are great floor excersizes. Also running will boost your metabolism and burn fat and will help you tone.

All are full contact sports that require full body movement. Your entire body is involved and anyone who truly knows sports and fitness, know just how physically exhausting these sports are.
I have met pro football players, 6ft 3, 180lbs, benching 300 to 500 lbs, not last 5 minutes doing bag work.
It requires a-lot of stamina, cardio, power, and more importantly technique.
Yoga or pilates. You will gain flexibility and strength and burn calories to stay fit. Yoga is supposed to do great things for your body and mind. You also do things like deep breathing and it is supposed to help with relaxing and relieving anxiety.
You can also go for runs or jogs around your neighborhood, on a track, or on a trail. Running is not very fun but it really helps you stay in shape. Try running outside so you can look at things and don't get as bored.
Do ab exercises. You can do them in your bedroom and you don't need any equipment. Do crunches, planks, bicycles, v ups, and push ups. You can also do handstands against the wall. It will help with arm, shoulder, and ab strength and help with balance. Don't forget lunges and squats for your legs.
