Why pro wrestling isn't on the olympics?

Posted at: 2015-05-07
Pro wrestlers may not be in the Olympics, but their referees are. They're officiating the boxing matches and, as usual, still missing the action going on in the ring.

There isn't a real professional wrestling. There is only the fake WWE style wrestling.

The Olympics has wrestling. There are two styles: Greco-Roman and Freestyle. Greco-Roman is about strength and technique. It is mostly throws and turning the opponent onto their back. Freestyle is much closer to high school and college wrestling.

errm... wrestling is in the Olympics. Greco-roman, freestyle etc. Pro wrestling isn't obviously because it isn't a sport.

Because pro-wrestling is a scripted stunt show, amateur wrestling is a real sport.

They have this kind of weird wrestling called something like Roman-Credo wrestling.

i know i know.. some nerd or cena fan is gonna say "oh umm cause is sport entertaintment.."

i'm not talking about wwe the show i mean pro wrestling in general

could they be a way of having real wrestling comepetitions like for a gold medal etc?
