What would you rather be known as?

Phelps will be known for longer than Bolt. World records are broken fairly regularly. Somebody faster will some along. Phelps' medal count will not be caught anytime soon, so probably Phelps.

I don't think Swimming is quite as respected as track though, so others might say different.

Speaking as a spectator, measuring things on the "Wow!" factor, I predict that Usain Bolt will be remembered long after Phelps is forgotten.

id better be there with Maria Sharapovova

bolt!

Would you rather be known as as the guy with the most Olympic medals ever (Michael Phelps) or known as the fastest man in the world (Usain Bolt).

Right now I think I'd like be the fastest man in the world, would be so awesome, but I don't think that record will hold up nearly as long as all the medals Phelps has.
