I preface this by saying that your chances for entering the Olympics are slim: everyone thinks they can but do not see it through
But if you really want to know: Do you get fat or skinny when you eat but do not work out? If you get fat, your genetics favor muscle growth and should do weight based sports: Discus throwing, Weightlifting, etc. . Since you are short, your legs will compliment short distance running versus longer distance as your stride strength will be reduced.
If you get skinny take on sports that support metoblism quickness. Usually swimming would accompany this but do to your height you might have to settle for gymnastics. Since your are strong with your legs, take on high jump, polevaulting, etc..
Ask an expert for better advice. Good luck
None. You could enter one of your school's sports teams but forget the olympics.
Short,strong legs. 110M hurdles or 100M dash.
None. You would never make it to the olympics.
Running or biking
Ever try shooting? http://www.usashooting.org/
This is totaly out of curiousity, Im not planning to train for the olympics :P However, Im just curious as to what olympic sport/event would fit me.
Age: 13
Height: 5 ft (so im basically short)
Weight: 95 lbs (so im basically skinny)
I have pretty strong legs (about a 145 max squat) but not so much arms. I am pretty fast but only in short distance. Im pretty bad at long distance. Im academically smart (if that makes a difference in olympic sports).
So Im curious: what olympic sport/event is a good fit for me?
