Honestly when your skateboarding dont think of it. Just go for it. If you keep setting in your mind that your scared well of course your body will tense and Trust me YOU WILL FAIL!!!!
But if you just go for it you should be fine. Dont forget to be positive like if you mess up get back up and do it again.
And try small things but do them slow like the ollies try one step and do that over and over again to get the fear out. The fear you have is of messing up or falling. So thats exactly wat you have to do. Dont be affraid to fall or mess up. Just get back up and do it again and again!
