What are "donut" hands in cheerleading?

A lot of people suggest I learn these to get onto the cheerleading team, but I don't know what they are!

I think they mean the way your hands face in motions! The big donut is the end of your fist that has your thumb wrapped around it. The little donut is the other side. For example, in a high v the big donuts face forward. In a fight, the little donut faces forward. Hope this helps!

I think they mean "cinnamon rolls" it can be called different things, it's when your arms are in a motion such as a high v, K, liberity, etc. you want hands to look like cinnamon rolls that are facing the crowd. You position your hand by putting them into fists and having your thumb rest on your index finger.

I've been in cheer for 5 years and never heard of this before
