Is 15 too old to rollerskate?

When I was 10 I loved rollerskating, I taught myself how to skate and brake and I used to go out every day and skate around the street with a friend. Three years later we moved house next to a town. I'm fifteen now and I was wondering if that's too old to skate. Even when I was ten, apart from my friend, I dont think I ever saw anyone on skates (I live in the UK if that helps).

I live next to a bus station so I could find a place to skate as there isnt much choice here.

If I did take up skating again what skates would you recommend? I always used quads but inlines look faster and easier to control.

Thanks :)

Inlines are a lot faster than quads. Not much of an advantage in an indoor rink but a big help if you skate on streets or trails. They also are a lot safer (more stable, less likely to trip on objects) outdoors.

Inlines can be used as transportation.

Mid teens is a common time in the US for starting to skate a lot. Most of the people I know were in their 30s or older when they learned.

Sorry I don't know much about roller skating but I know that 15 is not too old to pick it up agains. Hey just a few months ago i started skateboarding and I am almost 16. If you are wanting to be a pro skater, then yeah maybe you're a little late on that, but for fun then go for it!

nope my brother started when he was 23

Certainly not. You're never too old if you enjoy it.
