1st Andrew idk if you really do any kind of martial arts or just not know what mma is. Mma is mixed martial arts so you can't do 3 martial arts and martial arts after 2 its mixed.
As for the answer. The younger you are the better. I'm 18 more and started at 16. I wish I would have started earlier but I didn't. I'm still a quick learner and have been told in at a 3-4 year lvl. But you should bulk up by eating allot more with milk and do things like push ups and sit ups and/or low reps with weights. This is noise MMA is more a endurance activity than strength. And even you get more experienced and at 18 you can fight amateur. Many start later and fight after 6 months
I do Muay Thai, MMA and BJJ and I'm 14 so I don't see why not. The earlier you start the better and you definitely will gain muscle so don't worry about your build. Also don't worry about height, normally the gym you go to would partner you up with someone your height.
cause height and weight are important. You are really skinny for a 5'10. You need to get built. then start mma
I'm 14 yrs old, pretty light, I weigh 115 lbs and im around 5'10. i would say im in really good shape, i usually work out on a daily basis. would it be smart to start mma at an early age like i am? or should i wait a few yrs to start?
