An opponent throws a ball at you. You dodge it but kicked really hard in the nuts by a teammate. You go down on the ground and lay there. You starve. The end
If your ball is made of concrete.
Either you head is struck very hard by the ball and breaks your neck or possibly when knocked down, you bang your head off the floor.
Maybe a bone crushing blast to the chest could kill some people.
