Does anyone know easy ways to become flexable?

I am 16 and I want to be flexable is there an easy way to do that is it even possible?

As other people are saying, you can always try yoga :) Friends make the activity a lot more fun and it does help with flexibility and balance. But if you just want to do it by yourself, you can always do some stretches at home too! I find the best way to stretch is if you do some jumping jacks or something for a maybe a minute because it warms up your muscles and they stretch more. You can stand up and try to touch your toes, and then sit in a butterfly stretch and then straddle and reach towards your left, right, and then center. After you're done, you should put on some sweats or something because you want to keep your muscles warm. If they cool down really fast, it can cause some soreness if you work hard enough. If you want to see improvement, you have to be persistent; try to stretch at least once a day! Don't over due it though! Good luck! :)

There's no easy way. I used to stretch but got bored but I definitely notice a difference. Just stretch for 10 minutes before bed. Do a lot of leg stretches like touching toes and trying splits. Try to hold it for at least 10-15 second intervals
