Brock lesnar would ******* murder Rener with ease. It'd be like a child's play for Lesnar. Brock is a 300 pound monster with well rounded skills. It'd be nightmare for Rener to even piss that Beast off, let alone fighting.
Most likely Brock Lesnar. I would be willing to bet that even Rener Gracie thinks that, even though he wouldn't admit it, because he wishes to maintain the belief that Gracie Jiu-jitsu can beat Superman and Batman combined with a black belt in every other martial art.
If Lesnar can keep it standing and get the job done quick, I'd take Lesnar. But the longer the match goes, Rener starts getting an upper hand.
