1st of all to answer ur main question,popular clubs do send their scouts in India, but the list is very short,very very.Clubs like Bayern Munich (Germany),Sporting Lisbon (Portugal),Arsenal (England),Blackburn Rovers (England) have all scouted for young Indian talents. FIFA did try to establish n flourish in our sub-continental country, but the sh*t-head n corrupt government officials (in the sporting authorities,AIFF) were too lazy to work on their government wages n wanted some extra favor (if u knw wat I mean !) to facilitate the proceedings,n FIFA couldn't bear this attitude towards the "Most Beautiful Game in the World",and didn't wanted to establish the roots of this very beautiful game on corrupt roots,so they pulled out of it. The only favor that FIFA does now to the game that is the coz of its being is to send some funds for the development of football in our country,n only the corrupt officials of AIFF (All India Football Federation) know where that money is stacked and in which "Private account !" ?
