So after the 100th up down, I was pretty drained. My coach told me to get more calories but what I had in mind would hurt me more than help me (sweets and junk food) so what can I eat that will help with energy? And don't say carbs and proteins. Look at the pyramid but anyways eat foods with nutrients, glucose and fiber it burnd calories and boost your energy
