your ruck needs work never be stingy on ruckmen as this can ultimately make or break a team, your midfield is good, however you shouldnt be too overzealous and buy all good players in midfield as you have clearly not spent enough in the forward line which are realistically one of your biggest scorers, i reccomend selling 2 of your midfielders for slightly less expensive players in order to spend more in your forward line and possibly invest in a better ruckman that leunberger. i hope this helps.

You can not fit under the salary cap with that team, especially since you need to buy another 8 players. Great team in theory though.
