Hey guys im 15 and am thinking about my future jobs ,, and love the afl and the western bulldogs, recent displays from the bulldogs has made me think id love to be a coach, doest necessarily mean the head coach but you no someone behind the scenes ( recruitment manager something like that) just wondering how would i become one? Whats the money if i became one and is it likely to make the elite level ( the afl) if i try hard? You would need to have played and coached at a high level, not necessarily AFL or VFL, with a proven track record and obtained all the coaching certificates through the AFL, assistant coaches earn any where between $ 80, 000 - 200,000 depending on seniority and experience
