Hi, I'm trying out for junior varsity football which is for 9th graders, I'm a thirteen year old boy who is almost 5' 8" and I weigh 140 I have flab and I want to lose about 20 lbs by July 9th so please tell me in detail what to eat and drink that is healthy for my age and what exercises to do. Get off the fast food, no Mc Donald's or, pizza, etc and no Coke, Pepsi, they are full of sugar. Try to walk jog run for about 20-30 mins per day 5 times a week, get your mum to check the sugar content of the food you are eating, breakfast cereals are the worst, lots of fresh fruit as well. Good luck

Give up on the idea of football. You don't want to be virtually crippled when you're 30. That's more likely by a ratio of 100/1.
