Any one give Melbourne any chance tonight against Essendon? After last weeks performance it doesn't seem like their in with any chance but it was the same last year. The unbeaten Bombers against the win less Melbourne and they won. Only three changes to the Melbourne side that got smashed last week but their adament they will be competitive any one think they can be. I really hope so.Any one give Melbourne any chance tonight against Essendon? After last weeks performance it doesn't seem like their in with any chance but it was the same last year. Sadly for you, Barry. I think it will be more of the same for the Dees. Last year when the Dees beat the Dons it was well into the season, this time they face a fully fit Bombers in Rnd 2. The Dons will not let this one slip and they will see this game as a percentage booster. The Bombers by 60+.
You would think not. Essendon had started their horrific injury run at that stage and this time they are at full strength so I see Melbourne getting smashed back into the 20th century.
None, Buckley's and four fifths of bugger-all, sorry !
Essendon are coming off a 1 Week break after a magnificent win against Adelaide in SA. Melbourne are coming off a HUGE loss to Port Adelaide, and only had a couple days to recover. Overall result, Essendon to DESTROY Melbourne.
