It was OK, just good to get some local footy back on the screens. I think the concept is on its last legs. Look at how many have been pulled out and replaced since the teams were first announced. I hated the six again rule. Twice last night teams got a six again inside thir own quarter but no penalty. The attacking team has always had the choice of a kick or a tap. leave it at that. We need to either get a Nines tournament going, preferably a knockout over a couple of weeks or go back to the old pre season lnockout comps we used to have. Both would only be worthwhille if there was decent prizemoney.
Thought it was one sided and boring. Didn't enjoy watching Barba as he is a grub from the Bullgrubs.
It wasn't about the score line It was te purpose of the event and that's what made it an excellent game. The game itself was still a good one and I enjoyed watching it, especially with all the new rules that they were trying. :)
Great to watch a league game again. The "illegal" shoulder charge by big Georgie Rose was one of the highlights but he got penalised for that , what a joke, can't understand that if 90% of players coaches and fans want to see the shoulder charge in games , why then is it banned ?? Nice way to ring in the new NRL season, great concept and very entertaining.

Didn't see it, but the press is positive and I agree it was probably a bit boring but it's a great concept I reckon.
