Right now I'm a low-grade run of the mill custodian making 9.50 an hour and working five days a week (three hours a night) its not bad but coming from a very poor background, and angered by the days of seldom eating and survival, I yearn for more opportunity, Ihunger for anything a nineteen yearold boy could do with himself. I don't want to be a janitor forever, I plan on college when financial stability hits me. But as for now, is there any way to make a decent living as a janitor. I heard school janitors have a pretty good median of yearly earnings, and unionized upkeeps make even more. Does anybody know how I could go about rising through the ranks in this sort of career field?
