So I recently made a decision to play varsity football next year. I will be a senior and I'm determined to play. But I know very little about playing. I watch football all the time but I want to know how to play so please help. And I also need to know how to prepare to play like what food plans, and exercises. First you do conditioning and then you tryout for football. You can do spring training.
