Hi to all. Previously am so good in my stamina I've won many 1st places in karate tournament. Once I start to drunk I loose all my stamina back. It takes time to get stamina back. It requires exercises on most days of the week. Drinking is not healthy especially if you do sports.
Gaining Stamina is a aerobic process and so to see effects could take weeks. Exercises like exercises long in duration but medium intensity should help stamina. This could be a jog but would have to be minimum of 20 minutes otherwise it may not help stamina as it could mean that you are working speed and power instead.
