I'm 5'7 and 215 lbs and am a sophmore in HS and I was the starting Gaurd for my football team but I am pretty fast for my size and wanna play running back next season, do I lose wieght or do I gain in muscle instead? You probably want to lose some of that weight and focus on anoerobic exercises. Try to find a good website for sprint training, high-itensity interval training or explosive action focused exercizes. A little size is good to take a hit, but you want to be a lean, wirery mother f-er.
