Well I'm 13 and I was good at soccer about 2-3 years ago. I recently started playing again (2 weeks) and we are having a football tournament tomorrow and I luckily got picked at LM (Left Mid) but, the thing is I get way too nervous and don't play to the best of my ability. I know I can be a good player but I always freeze up and stay back, afraid of making a mistake. Can someone please give me any tips on how to get into the action and stop being so nervous and stop freezing up? Thank youWell I'm 13 and I was good at soccer about 2-3 years ago. When warming up , don't only warm up your body but try to sharpen your ball control too. Have a friend throw the ball at you and try to control with different parts of your feet, do headers and control with your chest and thighs. Also , dribble around but try not to wore yourself out. And it's football , everyone does mistakes even the pros. But pros know how to handle a mistake and you should too. Let it slide , don't get tensed up , there is still plenty of time and chances. Keep your head up high and continue to play your game Good luck !
