I'm going into high school and I am already attending the Freshmen's football practices. I am 5'8 and 145 pound. I can run a full mile in no more than 8 minutes. I am not that muscular, in fact, I can only lift like 80 pounds.(But I'm working on getting stronger. Every practice I lift weights for about 45 minutes each practice.) For freshmen football, maybe they'll let you. My friend was tall and super skinny and they let him be a d-lineman. If they don't let you, you'll be a receiver. Definitely work hard in the weight room, and get some weight. You don't wanna be pushed around. If you have someone in your family that played football or works out get them to help you.
