No mention of bringing any food in. As Romper says, you can still bring in a cut lunch.
Don't see why not, you're still allowed to take a cut lunch aren't you? So it shouldn't be any difference until the day they ban taking food in, like they did with beer, so they could make all the money by selling it themselves.
You are not allowed to take in any commercially made food, so as Daniel said they will tell you to eat it before you go in, unless you put it in a plain brown bag with out all the wrappings. Go the thermos with the the hot dog thing. it is so much easier
You could sneak it in, but don't even bother going past the security guard with a Maccas bag. They tell you to finish it and bin it. This is at both the MCG and Etihad - not sure where you live though.
Personally i wouldn't take maccas into the footy unless you have a way of keeping it warm. eating cold maccas is like eating cold K.F.C.. it's bloody horrible &leaves a coating of fat on your toungue. which seems to last for ages. gee i can taste it now. bah what a horrible thought! Cheers.
Your allowed to take in outside food /) but maybe don't show up with it still in the Maccas bag/boxes but it into your own boxes lol
