When the player with the ball is running, another player taking his feet from under him, forcing the player off balance. The worst example was a chasing player grabbing the raised leg of the player he was chasing.

Indiscriminate kicking.

I think it's striking at an opposition player with the spikes on a player's shoes. Not 100% sure, perhaps that's what another code calls it, but it sounds right to me.

I believe that it's a pack that has formed, and some brave player will put his body over ball, pick it up, and either get a mongrel kick forward, or, the same sort of kick goes toward the defensive area of the other Team.
