Like you said, 2nd year blues. Also as Greene stood out in his first season, he is more likely to be tagged this year. Go with Josh P. Kennedy.

I think Greene will be fine. In that team he'll continue to be a stand out. Only thing that might hurt him is he comes across as a bit of a flog, so yeah he might read his own press, but Sheeds will bring that back in line quick smart. Allowing $5k a projected point though, Kennedy should be $50k more expensive than Greene. Kennedy would seem better value to me.
