They've done an ok job at booking the IC title / Rollins-Orton match so far and I think both will be at least good matches. (3.5-4/5 for both)
Most of the rest of the card is hard to be as excited about as you could be. God forbid a third turn for paige in her first year, but I was hoping anything would've happened in the Lee vs Nikki match to make it a fatal four way at WM. (1/5)
The tag-team match will probably be awful. I like Kidd and Cesaro individually but I do not like them as a Tag-Team. The Usos are good, but the New Day and LM are both jokes. Put that altogether and you have borefest that hasn't had any booking to make it relevant. (1/5)
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal is a blend of awful and good. The good is Sandow and Miz's feud going in and his chance to win it. To add Sheamus joining in with a possible heel turn and Axelmania are all bright spots for it. However, outside of that it severely lacks talent. There is a few solid guys that can put people over, but with the IC match, half the guys in the match are jobbers. (2.5/5)
Cena versus Rusev is bittersweet. One, Cena isn't in the main-event for the second straight year so that is nice. Two, an inevitable voice in my ear is whispering he is going to bury another good young heel talent for no reason and they'll have a terrible rest of the year. Doesn't help that the worst booking and promos from WWE lately has come from this feud, and I wouldn't bet on a good in-ring match so nothing for me to look forward to at all. (2/5)
Undertaker/Wyatt Sting/Triple H. I'm going to put these both in the same category since they are both fairly similar. Both matches consist of two great icons who although once great, both have serious in-ring concerns coming into the match against two good wrestlers that create perfect match ups in one's dream world. Problem is, while promo work has been fantastic, those icons have been notably absent. What could've been two epic matches at one time are being kind of watered down due to wrestling ability and lack of match build-up due to absences. I still think overall they can be solid. (3/5)
Reigns/Lesnar
Could be more consistent with the build up, but I overall expect it to be good. (3.5/5)
So overall? 2.5-3/5 for the PPV. Not bad, but nothing but an ok WM.
I'm riding at an even 5 right about now. I'm excited because it is a PPV, and that's when WWE does most of its changes (God forbid a belt actually gets put up and changed during RAW anymore, that's not the tag titles), and Wrestlemania always offers surprises that other PPVs don't.
I'm also excited to see the effects after Wrestlemania, depending on what happens.

Not much. I look forward to Undertaker vs. Bray. Other things I'd like to see are whether Mizdow wins the Battle Royal, Rollins vs. Orton and Triple H vs. Sting. The build up has sucked though.
How excited I am? I'd say 8/10.
Wrestlemania is going to be a chore to watch this year. I am extremely not looking forward to it. However, I think the best match on the card is the ladder match because of the talent involved in it
