Problem is not necessarily that marijuana is legal in certain states for certain conditions, but that players will use it for other reasons.
Just like Adderol - on the banned list because players use it for things other than ADD.
And given that different states allow it or don't allow it, it would be tough to say that a player in one state could use while a player in another couldn't.
As Cody mentioned, tough to accept a drug that still is not legal on a federal level.

They won't accept it until it's federally legal for at least medicinal use. They could get in pretty significant trouble for sanctioning the use of a Schedule I drug, whether it's dangerous or not.
jet lag isnt a medical condition...and neither is insomnia usually...
cigarettes are legal, brah. try some of that.
Probably once it is legalized federally, which will be a very long time.
