How the hell does a pitcher "throw fouls"?
Update - YOU don't do anything to get him to practice like he plays. It's not your job. Unless you are a player-coach that is.
I want to see you make an update on Fozzy question! How does he throw fouls?
I apologize...dont' come to this page often...didn't know there was comments available under each answer.
You might be better off in basketball, anyone can comprehend that game, I don't think you understand baseball.
When you throw the ball back to him in practice, throw it at his g-damned head. That's what you do. Or throw it at his feet. Make him see how it feels.
Corner him in the locker room and tell him if he doesn't stop you'll tickle him until he shits himself.
You should tryout for the softball team....nobody with balls plays there.
I think maybe you ought to just try another sport.
Have you seen the movie Bull Durham? In that movie Crash Davis is the catcher and he has to deal with a smart *** pitcher. He simply tells the batter what he is calling and watches the ball go out of the park. His line is priceless
"Crash Davis: Man that ball got outta here in a hurry. I mean anything travels that far oughta have a damn stewardess on it, don't you think?"
How do you expect us to advise you? He's your starter, your the pitcher...that's how it is. I guess you gotta just suck it up.
I play catcher on a school team, and my pitcher is a huge douche. He'll deliberately try to piss me off by intentionally throwing fouls that end in me getting hit during practice. l already talked to the coach. We can't take him out because despite his intentions to piss people off, he is still our best pitcher. He only does this in practice, and is 100% on task during games, so I'll give him that.
