1. http://milwaukeeaikidodojo.com is a real deal dojo where it looks like the instructors are trying to teach their art and has a real job somewhere else. You will notice that though they have many years of training they claim 3rd dans. If I were looking for a place to train I would definitely have them on top of a list.
2. http://redschafer.com/ Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt under Professor Pedro Sauer, has fought in the UFC looks good but expensive.
3. http://chinesekungfucenter.com seems to be traditional as they do not use a belt system and seem to trace themselves in a rational way. From what you show, it seems well priced.
Now I am bias but would try all three first before I made any choice but would figure that I would probably be interested in the Chinese art first as it is closest to what I train in
They all look like great places. Around where I live $100 seems to be about the average price for monthly prices, so all the places are well priced really. I wary of kung fu places, because there are many bad ones, but from what I see in the website the place looks quite good. MMA seems great as the instructor is an UFC vet and was a student of Professor Pedro Sauer(one of the big names in bjj). Aikido I can’t say much about from what I see on the website, but with $20 monthly fee I would just attend it with whatever other gym I end up going to.(As long as they are worth the time of course.)
It really depends what you're looking for, if you're looking for stand up striking they all cover it pretty well. You'll probably do more grappling in the MMA gym if that's what you're looking for, they generally isn't much grappling in Taekwondo or Kung Fu.
I personally dislike places that teach multiple styles at once. I feel that it takes away from the quality of each of the separate martial arts and really just condenses it into something else.
You can probably determine whether or not it's a legit school by attending a trial class. While you're there you can look out for things posted here:

- Hope I could help
Dude why don't you just go and try it out? There are free classes for the first 2-3 times.
I have recently discovered that the current tae kwon do studio I am attending seems to be what is called a "McDojo". I desire martial arts training of higher quality and am subsequently searching for a new dojo. I have choosen several dojos that seem to be of better quality but I would like to have outside input from others before I visit any of the dojos and see what they are like. The first dojo that I have taken interest in is one that teaches aikido. It charges 20$ a month but you must buy your uniform else where. The website for the dojo is called milwaukeeakidodojo.com
The second dojo that has caught my eye is one that teaches MMA. The dojo offers a variety of styles such as Muay Thai, BJJ, and several other styles. They offer several payment plans including a 90$ a month plan and several other payment plans that allow you to pay in bulk. Despite this I still have a lot of hope for it. The website for the second dojo is redschafer.com.
The final dojo that caught my eye is one that teaches shao lin kung fu. It offers a payment plan of 125$ for the first 3 months and then 55$ after the 3 months. The website for the dojo is http://chinesekungfucenter.com/.
Which dojo would you choose based off of style, payment fees, and the proof of legitamacy the websites provide. Also if you happen to live in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area and have been to any of these schools and/ or heard of them or have any information or advice about different schools it would be much appreciated if you could share that with me. Thank you.
