I assume you mean between players. Yes because players are human beings. There is a human natural inclination to prefer our on kind be it same city folks, same country folks or same race folks. Yet all Gov'ts brain wash us into preferring our own country over other countries which is no different then being trained to prefer our own race over all other races.
