Go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. The easy ones hat people forget is to just drink water and nothing else, orange juice makes you a fat piggy, don't bother with all that 5 a day crap and balanced diet. It's more about eating less than changing what you eat
Don't make drastic changes to your calorie intake. Do it gradually, and it will also go down according to how much you weigh when the time comes to take 50 calories off. Make a healthy food plan with good fats and eat crappy food in small amounts once or twice a week
This alone will help you lose a few pounds but when you get closer and closer to your goal weight it will become harder to lose weight. That's when you can intensify to workout, eat more proteins, but not more than you need or your metabolism will just turn it into glucose that isn't getting used for energy so it'll be stored as fat
Just eat right most of the time yo
You'll feel better and you'll want to exercise
You don't have to drink only water for the rest of your life. What you *have* to do is find healthy delicious smoothie recipes and who gives a **** if they're full of calories cuz you're gonna burn that **** off man
Watch the amount of sugar and sodium in these drinks (not the smoothies necessarily)
A lot of them actually dehydrate you and even though they might say only 160 calories per 250 ml... first off, is the whole can 250 ml or is it 750?
Second, the sugar content is sometimes so high like 40 grams, especially in those bs green tea and coconut water cans
Sugar metabolizes differently in your body you don't want 20 calories of sugar over 20 calories of a tomato
Also, don't stay away from breads and pasta cuz we both know you're gonna jump right back to Em when you don't feel guilty anymore
It is OKAY to eat starches
Don't make a drastic diet change your body will be like wtf and metabolize food weirdly and your exercise won't pay off
Weighing yourself won't make sense if you also accidentally gain muscle mass
You can look awesome at 200 , 6ft flipping 2 inches with nice toned arms and legs or you can be a flabby ****
So, your progress will show in the mirror every two weeks
Don't try to lose more than 1.5 pounds a week, especially when you've only got like 5 to go
I mean it won't really happen unless you're just working out way too hard
Losing weight too fast makes your skin kinda gross too
Damn, 20 lbs in a month? The hell did you do, son?
Anyways, the best you can do is eat plenty of fiber, avoid sweets, drink ONLY water and do some cardio every day. I'm not sure you'll burn it all off in a month, but it should go quickly as long as you stick to the routine.
`edit`
I disagree with J, it's not about eating less. You have to focus more on what you eat, and eating 5 small meals a day IS ideal. I can attest to that myself.
The gym won't take off weight. Caloric intake restriction will work. Use a smartphone app and restrict your intake to 1500 calories a day. It will work.
lose 20 pounds in a month
Yeah, eggnog is a *****, isn't it?
