I'll pick one that I attended. Nadia Comaneci recieves 7 perfect 10 scores at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. A perfect 10 had never before been awared in the modern Olympics. The scoreboard at the Montreal Forum only had room for 3 figures, so her scores were displayed as 1.00.
