I live in the suburbs and I have enough money to buy a nice bike but also enough money to buy a nice cruiser skateboard and have a lot of money left over to buy something like a laptop. The cruiser board would be nice for cruising around neigborhood or campus but the bike gets me to places faster. Please help me decide

You are asking this question to a bunch of cyclists in the cycling section. Stands to reason most of the answers will be biased towards bikes

I would get a Cruiser. They're still good enough to do tricks, and are small enough to put in your backpack.

Gonna depend on whether you want to pedal or paddle where ever you are going
